We ship from regional warehouses across the country. Delivery timeline begins after payment is received—don't wait 3 days to pay and expect it in 2 days. The clock starts when payment clears.

How Shipping Works

LTL Freight Shipping

We ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight to anywhere in the lower 48 states. This is the standard shipping method for cabinet orders and provides the best balance of cost and reliability.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you'll receive tracking information:

• LTL shipments: PRO number for tracking through the freight carrier
• UPS shipments: Standard UPS tracking number
• Real-time updates on your shipment location and estimated delivery

Understanding Freight Costs

Freight costs aren't known until your order is placed because they depend on several factors. We provide accurate freight quotes based on your specific situation—no surprises.

Factors That Affect Freight Cost

• Distance: Origin warehouse to delivery address
• Delivery type: Commercial vs. residential
• Pallet size: Standard 4×4 vs. oversized 8-foot pallets
• Weight: Total weight of your cabinet order
• Order size: More cabinets = lower per-cabinet shipping cost

Example Pricing

Important: The more cabinets you order, the lower the per-cabinet shipping cost. Shipping a single vanity across the country isn't cost-effective, but a full kitchen order makes the freight cost reasonable per unit.

Special Delivery Situations

Oversized Pallets (8-foot)

Tall cabinets (84", 90", 96") require 8-foot pallets. This incurs an additional $250 freight surcharge from carriers. We don't mark this up—it's a pass-through fee from the freight company.

Residential Delivery

Most freight carriers charge an extra $110 for residential addresses. This covers the additional time and logistics of delivering to areas without loading docks or forklifts.

Limited Access Locations

Some locations (construction sites, gated communities, areas with truck restrictions) may incur additional fees. We'll let you know upfront if your delivery address qualifies as limited access.

Liftgate Service

If your delivery location doesn't have a loading dock or forklift, you'll need liftgate service. Additional fees apply. Let us know when ordering so we can include it in the quote.

Delivery Timeline Breakdown

What "5-7 Business Days" Actually Means

For our fast-delivery regions (Central FL, North FL, Atlanta West, St. Louis):

• Day 0: You place order and payment is received
• Days 1-3: Order is processed, picked, and palletized at warehouse
• Days 4-7: Freight carrier picks up and delivers to your location

The timeline starts when payment clears, not when you place the order. If you place an order on Monday but don't pay until Thursday, the 5-7 day clock starts Thursday.

Texas & California: Up to 2 Weeks

Longer distances and different warehouse coordination mean these regions take longer. Factor this into your project timeline when ordering for West Coast or Texas projects.
